Good for the show! It’s an experience to try if you have family or friends visiting and want to impress them but it’s not something that I would personally crave. The Koh Galbi Jjim with cheese is so heavy and fatty + I don’t think it’s a dish that works well with cheese, they just added it to make the fire show, which was a good strategy since it made them popular in LA. The service was nice and the staff friendly.

The food is good, I only wished that there would also be a “small” option to be shared for 2 instead because the shared dishes are big (even the medium). The place is super crowded and loud but I like it that it’s so alive & don’t even get me started with the fire shows everywhere from the galbi jjim:)

Order the #24 galbi jim, add cheese and enjoy the fire show! For soups, I recommend the galbi tang. This location is bigger, cleaner and has its own parking lot (valet). Open 24 hours for those late night cravings!

The food was excellent. The good thing is we didn’t have to cook it ourselves as per the other Korean barbecues have you do. We ordered # 7 soup and # 13 spicy soup. Both were delicious. We ordered #24 the beef short ribs with cheese on top and that was the highlight of the dinner. Service was great.l-Much better than all the other restaurants we’ve been to in LA! Highly recommended. We arrived at 7 PM on a busy Sunday evening. There was a long line outside and we put our name on the waiting list. We were seated within 15 - 20 minutes.

Bigger location usually means less of a wait. Same great food and open 24 hours. What’s not to love! The galbi jjim is great and with 3 people it was enough for two meals. A bit expensive but you definitely get your money’s worth.

I likes their soup here so tasty and i heard its 24hrs open which is more convincing to me to come here anytime i want. I went here with new friends from Korea after work. A must try as i can say.

You come here either for galbijjim or salungtang.. we got both. Probably would have been fine with just the galbijjim. There were four of us and we got the large and added cheese. The meat just melted off the bone and we did the spice level medium. We wanted to get the ssalungtang because we needed some type of soup to balance the meal. I suggest getting something smaller. The galbijjim was sufficient for the 4 of us alone. We came around lunch time and it was full. Didn't have to wait too long. There's valet parking so bring some cash. Parking is better here than the other location. You. An always Uber too.

Found this restaurant via google reviews and we're so glad we went. It's pricey but totally worth it. Flavour was absolutely spot on. We chose 24 Galbi jjim - Braised beef shirt Rib and back Rib without cheese. There are 5 spice levels, we chose level 3 but could have easily enjoyed level 4. Generous portion, enough for 4 people and the side dishes are complimentary. Parking is quite difficult, but the restaurant offers 4$ valet parking which is very convenient.
